Profile

Two decades of keeping critical systems running

Sean is a Senior Infrastructure Architect with over 25 years' experience delivering secure, scalable environments across private enterprise, government and financial services. His background spans hybrid infrastructure, virtualisation, storage and disaster recovery for organisations that cannot afford downtime.

Most recently, Sean led infrastructure modernisation for the Department of Defence / Defence Forces, delivering a private cloud platform built on Oracle Hyperconverged Infrastructure, VMware and Juniper networking. Earlier in his career he managed the UK's largest non-banking SAN estate for HMRC, and has also lectured in Linux systems at postgraduate level.

SM Digital Infrastructure Limited exists to bring that same depth — high- and low-level design, cost-conscious cloud transformation, and audit-ready operational governance — to organisations on a contract basis.
